No. App on the Road works with a fixed monthly rate without per-user licenses; the number of drivers using the app does not change the price.
Are there implementation costs?
No. There are no implementation or start-up costs. Customers are live within 1 working week, without a heavy implementation project.

What is included in the price?
The driver app (iOS and Android) and the Operations Dashboard with daily vehicle inspections, damage and defect reports, HSE reports, work orders with maintenance plans and components, a complete vehicle file with documents, chat with group messages, 12 languages with live translation and self-managed administration (roles, filters, two-factor authentication). New features are added automatically and you enable them yourself; open REST APIs are available for integrations.
